It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the details to be included within any of our bespoke Tree kits are accurate and correct. Custom-made orders cannot be accepted for return, exchange or refund due to the unique nature of the item unless staff at maysonbrook.com are satisfied that the fault is on our side.When you receive your maysonbrook.com kit, please check that it has not been damaged in transit and that all elements of the kit have been included. We do not accept any responsibility for damage, loss or shortage, except when notified by email within 5 days of receipt of the item.
We do not accept items for return, exchange or refund if they have been opened, used or altered in any way. However, if you purchase one of our non-custom items and are unhappy with your purchase, a refund is available once the kit is returned in the condition it was dispatched in (intact and unopened) within 14 days of receipt of the item.In purchasing from maysonbrook.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions of sale.
